"I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the..."
I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the explanations about my genetic traits actually clicked for me. It felt kind of comforting to read something that helped me understand why I might be the way I am, instead of just throwing a bunch of confusing science at me
"Useful results, but the add-ons were A LOT"
I thought the DNA report was interesting and easy to understand. The results were useful, and I did enjoy going through them. But after paying, I got kind of annoyed by all the subscription prompts and extra offers popping up. Like, just be upfront about that stuff from the start. Overall, I’m glad I tried it, but the upselling was definitely TOO MUCH

"Super easy to see how I’m doing"
I really like how it shows my changes over time. It makes it easier, way easier, to stick with my plan and actually notice the little wins along the way. It’s been useful for me
"Super easy and honestly reassuring"
The sample was really simple to do—just a quick swab and that was it. I was expecting it to feel like more of a hassle, but it was so straightforward that I actually felt relieved afterward. No fuss, no stress, just done.

"I got my DNA report back and, it..."
I got my DNA report back and, it matched me a little too well. The parts about how my body handles carbs and responds to workouts were accurate, almost like it was quietly pointing out things I already knew but didn’t want to admit. I was genuinely surprised by how spot on it felt.

"Helpful info, but the dashboard could be smoother"
I do like that the app gives you useful info, especially how it breaks things down into fitness and food areas. That part made it easier to see what was going on without feeling too overwhelmed.
The dashboard is where it gets a little annoying, lol. It’s not always the easiest to navigate, and a few pages loaded slower than I expected. I also found myself clicking around more than I wanted just to find basic stuff.
Overall, it’s okay and definitely not bad, but I wish it felt a bit more polished. I still open it here and there, but I don’t use it as much as I thought I would.

"Super easy to use"
I was happy with how easy fitnessgenes.com was to use. The pages loaded smoothly, and I didn’t have to click around forever to find what I was looking for. Signing up and checking everything out was really straightforward, even on my phone. The layout is clean too, which I appreciated because some health sites can feel a bit overwhelming. Overall, it was a really smooth experience and I had no issues at all

"Finally, a workout plan that actually makes sense for me"
I don’t get why some people act like all workout plans are the same, because this one really did feel like it was made around my body and my goals. It wasn’t just a bunch of random exercises thrown together. I’ve actually been sticking with it way more easily than I usually do, which says a lot for me

"Clear privacy info, though I focused on a few key parts"
I tried FitnessGenes and, i mostly paid attention to the privacy and security sections because that’s what I care about most with DNA stuff. The main points were easy to find, and I liked that they explained what happens with your data without making me click around forever.
The only part that slowed me down was some of the wording around data sharing and deleting your info, which felt a little too legal for a regular person reading it. Overall though, I felt comfortable enough using it, and nothing jumped out at me as a major red flag.

"Really happy with what I learned"
I’ve been using FitnessGenes for a few months, and what I liked most is that the advice actually made sense once I compared it to my own experience. The results were easy to follow, and they gave me a clearer way to think about my workouts and food choices.
Some of it confirmed things I already sort of knew, but it helped explain why certain routines or habits seem to work better for me than others. Overall, I’m really happy with the info I got and would definitely use it again.

"Fast results, but updates could be better"
I got my results sooner than I expected, about two weeks after sending in my sample, so that was a nice surprise. The updates were decent enough that I wasn’t totally in the dark, but they could definitely be better. Overall it was good, but if the communication doesn’t improve, I’d probably consider trying somewhere else next time.

"Just a warning for anyone ordering this..."
Just a warning for anyone ordering this test kit: don’t expect it to show up super quickly. Mine did arrive, but it took a little over a week, which was longer than I was expecting. The packaging was fine once it got here, so no issues there, but the delivery speed was just okay at best.

"Worth it if you’ve got the headspace to use the tips"
I was a bit unsure at first because the price felt like a lot, especially since I’ve been feeling mentally drained lately and didn’t want to waste money on something I wouldn’t actually use. But the report had loads of useful info in it, and the diet and training tips were clear and actually made sense. I’ve paid more for stuff that was way less helpful. Overall, I’m happy with the value.

"Helpful support for weight loss"
I found this really helpful for getting some practical diet tips. It’s not a magic fix, but the advice is easy to follow and gave me a bit more confidence with my weight loss goals

"Pretty straightforward reports"
I gave it 4 stars because the reports were generally easy to follow. The main points were clear, and I didn’t have to stop and look up every other thing, which is really how it should be. A few sections got a little too detailed, but nothing too confusing. Overall, it was organized well, easy to read, and I liked that the results were split into sections.

"Support was quick and helpful"
I had a small issue with my account, so I reached out to support not really expecting a fast reply. They got back to me the same day and had it sorted quickly. The person I spoke with was friendly and kept everything simple, which I appreciated. it was just nice dealing with a company that actually responds

"I got workout and food tips that were..."
I got workout and food tips that were actually clear, not the usual generic stuff you hear everywhere. It was easy to follow and felt like it fit my routine, which made it a lot easier to stick with.

"I didn’t realize how much I was..."
I didn’t realize how much I was just guessing with my health habits until I started using Insights. It kind of called me out, but in a useful way. My workouts feel more intentional now instead of like I’m just hoping something works.

"My coach made everything finally click"
When I first got my results, I wasn’t totally sure what to make of them. There were numbers and details that seemed important, but I didn’t really know what they meant for me day to day. Then I talked with my coach, and that made a huge difference. They broke everything down in normal, everyday language and walked me through what mattered most. Instead of feeling like I had to figure it all out on my own, we went through my plan together and made a few small tweaks that actually felt realistic. By the end, I felt like I had a plan that fit me, not just some generic advice. It was personal, easy to follow, and really helpful.

"Feels like there’s real science behind it"
I really liked that they actually explain the gene-related stuff with studies instead of just making big random claims. Some of the explanations did feel a little dense at times, so I had to reread parts to fully get it. But overall, it made me trust the product more because it seemed like they were backing things up with real research.
